Easy-to-carry and lightweight PG-200 Series gas analyzers provide highly accurate analysis of five components (NOX, SO2, CO, CO2, and O2) of burner emissions. The PG-200 Series are portable gas analyzers that shows their strength in the field. The analyzers can be fitted with a preprocessing unit as an option, and provide long-term, continuous analysis under such severe environmental conditions as those surrounding combustion equipment, boilers, and incinerators. PG-200 Series analyzers are well suited for dealing with environmental problems and energy conservation, catalyst research, and process control.
The PG-200 Series is comparable to large-scale, specialized units in terms of accuracy and offers a high degree of selectivity in analysis. The NOX analysis unit uses a cross-modulation ordinary pressure chemiluminescence; method, the SO2, CO, and CO2 unit uses a nondispersion infrared absorption method, and the O2 unit uses a zirconia method with a galvanized battery method.
The PG-200 can be hand-carried and attached to a notebook computer or optional preprocessing unit, allowing high-performance use no matter the location.
The sampling unit has a filter, mist catcher, pump, electronic cooling unit, and NOX to NO converter built in.
The PG-200 Series offers a large-scale, easy-to-read display.
