Automatic Total Nitrogen/Phosphorus Monitoring System

TPNA-300

Total nitrogen-Total phosphorus Complete support for meeting Total Water Contaminants Regulation

Outline

Everything from precise measurement to reduced running costs. HORIBA-leading the world in practical environmental analysis technology will give a benefit for Total Nitrogen/Phosphorus monitoring.

Total nitrogen, total phosphorus. To measure these two new targets in the 5th of Total Water Contaminants Regulation enforced in Dec. 2001 in Japan, the TPTN-300 offers the ultraviolet oxidation decomposition method that is superior in maintenance and running costs. Not only does the TPNA-300 meet the real need for a precise measurement system, it reduces maintenance time and lowers costs in a variety of ways, from reducing reagent and pure water consumption to decreasing the number of replacement parts. It is a practical system that factors maintenance and running costs into compliance with future standards.

Main Features

•
A small footprint makes it possible to store in a case designed for outdoor use. UV monitor (OPSA-120) can also be stored with it.
•
Features a built-in pollutant load volume operation function that makes it possible to compute the pollutant load of total nitrogen and total phosphorus from the flow-volume signal.
•
Precision measurement is possible even if sea water is mixed with the sample water (optional sea water adjustment function).
•
Possible to measure the density of two components, total nitrogen and total phosphorus, at the same time on one monitoring system.
•
Using an ultraviolet oxidation decomposition method makes it possible to perform preprocessing at a low temperature (100°C or lower) and atmospheric pressure, which enables much easier maintenance than with traditional autoclave methods.
•
High correlation with conventional manual analysis methods.
•
Offers a wide variety of functions, such as automated zero-point adjustment and correction.
•
Reagents flow by means of a pump. No extra equipment or construction for obtaining an air source for the measurement system is necessary.

Our goal is a completely easy to use, reliable system!
