The PLCA-SP-1A Sampling Unit includes a flow rate
regulator and a sensor module, and enables detection of particles
while monitoring the flow rate. The sensor modules that can be used
are PLCA-800Q and PLCA-801Q, so you can choose to suit your specific
requirements.
